At Guido Tavolo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Guido Tavolo cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
We do not provide prepaid return labels except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return procedure described in this policy.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are issued for the product price paid. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
90-Day Extended Protection
Customers who select Tracked Shipping + 90-Day Extended Protection at checkout receive extended post-delivery coverage for eligible issues for up to 90 days after delivery.
This optional protection is designed to provide additional peace of mind beyond our standard 30-day return period.
Eligible claims may include:
- Items that arrive damaged during transit
- Products received with manufacturing defects
- Products that become unusable due to a verified manufacturing defect within the coverage period
The 90-Day Extended Protection does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, modifications, loss, theft, or damage caused by external factors.
To submit a claim, customers must contact us at hello@guidotavolo.com and provide their order number along with photographs or other reasonable evidence of the issue.
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
